We’ve been making organic food since 2009, when The term organic was not well known or sought after. We were well ahead of our time when we decided to make all of our products free of pesticides, preservatives, GMO and ingredients that our grandmothers wouldn’t approve of.

Our ingredients have no preservatives, no added gluten, no bread improvers, or anything that our grandmothers didn’t use in their kitchens.

  • Organic - Nothing that comes out of a laboratory.
  • Sprouted - Nutritional value of whole grains increases by up to 300%
  • Wholegrain - Not interfering with ‘Mother’ Nature’s design. . Nutritionally superior than poilshed grains.
  • Slow Fermented - Great to digest and manage blood sugar levels. Yeast and bacteria convert sugars and starches into simpler substances, among other highly beneficial things for our gut.
  • Stone-Ground - Retains essential micronutrients and maintains the purity of flavors. Our ingredients don’t get heated to lose their nutritional value.

We believe in giving back to the earth and this belief extends to our packaging too. Our products are packed in recyclable virgin plastic and recycled kraft paper pouches.
