Organic Besan Ladoo

Old-school indulgence, made the new-school way.

We took the classic besan ladoo and gave it the SproutOG treatment—sprouted sun-dried and stone-milled chickpeas, low-RPM stone milled, then slow-roasted in cultured A2 ghee till golden and fragrant. Sweetened with raw khand, studded with almonds, cashews, pistachios, and kissed with cardamom, these ladoos melt in your mouth and linger on your mind.
